Fees and Charges:

Diahappy reserves the right to require payment of fees for certain features of the Services. Should you elect to subscribe to such features, you shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Site and app in connection with such features. Diahappy reserves the right to change its price list and to institute new charges at any time, upon prior notice to you, which may be sent by email or posted on the Site or App. Use of the Services by you following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges.

 

Cancellation & Refund:

 The users cannot cancel any order or subscription post the payment has been made. No refund is made on cancellation of any service. No Improvement, No Pay policy will be applicable for people using 12 months subscription program with Diahappy. In the 12 months period, if Diahappy  is not able to help achieve 0.5% HbA1c improvement in the person, the person would be refunded the full amount. Such a case is applicable if customers has followed all the suggestions of Diahappy and followed the complete process and yet not been able to achieve 0.5% HbA1c improvement.
